AutoPad

The AutoPad mobile estimating system has been developed for a handheld (tablet) device such as Apple iPad or the Samsung Galaxy Tab and also normal PCs. It’s focus is on a simple, yet accurate estimating system that has on screen approval by using electronic signature technology. Positioned for mobile or retail estimates, each estimate that is created is instantly available to the bodyshop for review from with a central administration system. From here, the estimates can be viewed, edited and exported to third party systems.

Features:
Autopad is interactive, user friendly and comes with the following features:

• Estimates can be created very quickly (Less than 2 minutes).
• Estimates can be created on both cars and commercial vehicles.
• Each user has their own pricing matrix based on panel size, paint and damage type.
• Damage areas and the type of damage are pre-determined and can be chosen by simply selecting the desired interactive images of the panels/areas.
• Get instant authority using the digital signature and also can take photographs of the damage and add these to the estimate.
• All the estimate information, including images and the signature can be immediately printed, emailed or exported.
• Administrations have control over the upload and download of the estimates, change the status of the estimates, export and setup menu pricing for their network of estimators.

The very fact an accurate estimate can be produced in two minutes, with approval, provides the bodyshop with an efficient device to prepare retail / warranty and internal estimates. The menu pricing ensures consistency across a network’s mobile estimating fleet.
